ok...let's get fuckin serious!!! I always stay in the same range but my stomach is definitely getting bigger from alcohol. my goal now is to get to 155 or stay at 160 and lose 2 inches off my belly. no excuses. I have a great schedule and cheap membership. I was weighed 8 days before at drs. appt
161.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
