SIGHS - I read the box nutritional facts and I do not come up with the same numbers that FS put in. How can I mess up my very first meal? I read the carbs, thought I could slide. This is what it says on the box:

It took me a few to get the pic to my PC from my phone. And then of course, I realize, I've got a perfectly good camera on my PC!

Yeah. People do have trouble figure out the picture situation. So just getting it up there is a great feat!!!

I remember seeing a post somewhere, thought from you. How many carbs am I supposed to stay under? I’ve really got to look carefully at the carbs per serving I guess. I just don’t understand how I ran up the carbs so high today.

20 carbs is a good carb number to be under. I think you did very well. Except for that breakfast that is not going to work. And avoid low fat items they are full of sugar and therefore also extra carbs. The full fat ones are much better on keto. Good luck tomorrow!!!!
