I have a habbit of allowing myself to eat unhealthy once Ive lost a little weight. As if Ive reached a mark to say, its okay, you wont gain. In times past, this was true. But the current enviroment of my body and its metabolism wont let me eat "whatever" with out the side effects. Knowing this, I REALLY need to stay the course. Nothing will progress unless I'm consistent.
