As promised back at Work - looking at 5 straight months... 5 months where I hope to say goodbye to another 30-40lb. I will have the chance to be focused enough to alternate day fast, best proven way for yo-yo, middle-age dieters (women+++) to not only lose weight, but also heal insulin resistance. the fasting, past 24 hours will allow autophagy to begin, stem cells and growth hormone to be released in considerably more substantial doses, to the tune of 100x greater... Today however was an eating day. Mmmmm :) Keto Dream - Bacon/Eggs/Gouda Romaine/Frisse/Arugula/Cabbage/Avocado/Blue Cheese Crumbles/Goat Cheese Crumbles/Macadamia Nuts/Primal Kitchen Dressing with Avocado Oil, not Toxic Vegetable Oil!! Gruyere and Emmenthal

Yes, on the Dr. Jason Fung website, he and his colleague Megan Ramos have now had over 9000+ patients in the last nine years - enough history/research to actually begin publishing scientifically, which they are doing. Anecdotally Megan has commented in a number of Live Streams about this finding.

in your Podcasts, search for Eve Mayer and look for Megan and Eve's Coaching Session I think it was either Day 3 or Day 4 where Megan goes into detail.
