movie night

I'm not going to lie. this is plain ol weight gain. it's like so if my hunger goes up as soon as I exercise. like my body will do ANYTHING to keep it from losing. even maintenance is difficult. maybe I just haven't made up my mind. maybe I need to... idk. what changes someone? I keep looking back of how I lost my weight before but I've changed. life has changed. I need to keep looking forward.
181.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
