Day 2

Ok so yesterday was my first full day back on the train (wagon?). I did great! I went to the gym at 7am and did 45 minutes on the treadmill. I ate just under 1200 calories which I’m happy with.
I also went to the gym for a 2nd time yesterday at 3pm with my oldest daughter and did the same 45 minutes on the same treadmill lol.

This morning had started out well. I didn’t go to the gym do to the fact that it’s raining ice lol but I’ll be back there this afternoon. I’m at my middle daughters Jiu Jitsu gym now watching her train.
Had an omelette for breakfast just like yesterday - Much needed protein!
