My husband and I were both sick and lazy today, so we barely moved off the couch. According to Fitbit I’ll only burn about 1400 calories for the whole day. I ate 1200 calories between breakfast and lunch, and began fasting at 1:30. This week was tough but I am still at a calorie deficit so I feel good about it.
