Yesterday my husband and I went to a college basketball game at 9pm. I assumed we’d eat on the way there or at the stadium. I got home and he’d already eaten, so I just made myself a wrap real quick before we left. So I stayed within my calorie goal even though I was planning on indulging a bit! It worked out nicely and I feel awesome for staying on track so many days in a row.
