Where are the vegetables? Not on my plate. I need to integrate some veg goals. 1 Veg minimum daily.
Goals so far:
2 alcoholic drink limit
no dessert
1 serving of vegetables daily

this should keep calories down since I'm filling up on the good fiber and nutrients.
