Went the wrong way again. Starting over again. When do I learn? Really no excuse, just lots of stress, then a cold and I let others feed me knowing I shouldn't eat what they gave me. Then my iPad died, so I hadn't recorded what I was eating. Then my dishwasher leaked (yes, the new one), so more service men and spending a lot more money on house things, Christmas, cars, on and on. Very stressed. To add to everything, I caught a cold and stayed in bed a few days, did you guys ever see how much sugar is in Nyquil? Well, I'm better now, back to the kitchen and back to work. I look at others who have met their goals and I wonder what's wrong with me, the closer to the goal, the more I sabotage myself.
