I have learned how to bounce WITHIN the same 5 pounds so perhaps, when in maintenence I will be fine... It is not doing much for goals. Re-started the 4 hour eating window with calorie deficit. already down a little. Its a good first day.One ounce ... hey DOWN IS DOWN.
