Today went pretty well as far as food goes, and I think it was partially because I kept myself busy today. I didn't have time to think about eating, which I do when I get bored. It's a bad habit.
I just need to excersise... which I hate because I have to do it all alone.
Also, I've started to not eat past eight in the evening, which is working so far, so good! I just hope I can keep it up.
