One more pound shed! On track again! Motivated and ready to start improving my balance and stamina with an attempt at TiaChi.
Incorporating more and longer walks around the property on slightly I level terrain with slopes to navigate & my recumbent bike with my work out bands.
May incorporate free weights some as well. 😊
281.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
