So today and last night was terrible for me. I ate everything and anything. My urges to eat sweets overcome me. I fought it off as long as I could. But the cakes and cookies always seem to win the fight. When will I ever learn to stop undoing all the good I’ve done. Shaking my head at myself cause I’m so tired of always starting over again. Yea, tomorrow will be the day!
