I am so in and out. I am motivated again someone complemented me on weigh loss that still sitting here. Maybe they see something I don't. but it was encouraging though. Did a 2.13 mile walk. With daylight coming later in the mornings I wait until 7:00am to do my morning walk because it is so dark. I will weigh in in the morning and post my weight. I am looking to see major changes in my life mentally, spiritually, and physically. And I can say that I do. I thank God for it all. Without Him I could do nothing. So I am motivated to get the weight down, to be extremly happy and healthy, and to be at rest. everyone have a great day.
