Ugh! I ate some junk at dinner. I logged it, and my weekly average is around 1400, but I’m still disappointed at my lack of control. It’s like I’m subconsciously sabotaging myself. We’re going to the Carolina Panthers game tomorrow and I really hope I handle my cravings better there than I did today.
