OK, I've figured out how to journal!!!! I have not been able to focus, no excuse! This is 10 weeks of what I call my "awareness" program. I am trying weight watchers on my own - and just trying to be aware of what I eat/drink. I am writing it down but still not motivated!!! I have lost around 5lbs so far! This week I am trying to eat low carb - I'll take any suggestions you guys have!! THanks!

Well I just found this site today... I have done WW before and it does work, I lost 30 lbs 5 years ago and now have it all back on + 5! But I am going to try... perhaps we could share words of encouragement?? I am sorry I can't help you on the low carb topic, never tried it. I know water, portion control, excerise are the keys to successful weightloss. Eat less, move more...you deserve it!!!
