i am fasting to get off travel for two weeks weight. The stuff in the shaker helped with the leg cramps n stuff. Maybe the collagen did kick me out but O'im tinkin twer more like th' Guiness. The BBQ place across from the hotel had the good beer and I did not have to drive.... So IN the first 24 hrs I am down 1.6 the goal is 5 days or 10 pounds. Day one was a success so on to day 2.
