I am dropping weight easily and in a healthy manner. That is my new affirmation and I am visualizing the weight literally falling off. I lost 2.9 lbs. this week but it was actually more because I had gained weight after my last weigh in and not recorded it. I believe my affirmations and visualizations are helping me lose weight and stick to my WOE. At first I believed I was going to gain weight this week because I had several days with calories around 1800 or more. Then I decided I was going to make up my mind that I was losing weight. And so I worked at believing I would lose weight and I did come to believe it and I did lose weight. Of course I worked to make sure that happened by staying on my food plan and doing my exercise and drinking all my water. But I absolutely believe my mind helped my body to lose. I will continue following my food plan - eating less than 1800 calories I hope - drinking my water and exercising but I will also work hard at my visualizing and affirmations. I am going to close for now because I have visualizations to do but I will try to post some Beck Diet Solution info. later. Have a great low carb night!

There is a lot of belief that mind over matter can and does affect our physical beings as well as our emotional ones. Congrats on the weight loss! Believe in yourself like Thomas the engine. I think I can I think I can - and before you know it - you will.
