1635 kcal Fat: 39.53g | Prot: 74.29g | Carb: 256.25g.   Breakfast: Greek Yogurt with Honey, Heart to Heart Oat Cereal - Warm Cinnamon (Kashi), Coffee, Strawberry Fruit Bar, great value chocolate coffee creamer. Lunch: Baby Carrots, 100% whole wheat sandwich rounds, Light Swiss Original, Healthy Harvest Granny Smith Apple Sauce, Garden Veggie Patties. Dinner: ruffles sour cream cheddar, Light Swiss Original , hellmans mayo, pepperidge farm italian sourdough, Healthy Harvest Granny Smith Apple Sauce , boneless skinless chicken breast. Snacks/Other: great value pineapple tidbits, honey toasted pumpkin seeds, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Mint. more...
