Today is weird. I was soooo hungry in the morning around 8-9 am, even after eating a fat bomb that I had to snack on some Macadamia and Brazil nuts.

Later, its 12:30 pm and I go to my usual lunch, while waiting for my takeout - I realize - I'm SO NOT hugry.

Now my salad is sitting next to me at work and I don't want it...

Never had this happen to me before, so weird.

It is one of the benefits of the plan, I like to eat a good breakfast in the morning like a nice omelet or eggs and bacon and it fuels me for a long time.

I didn’t really have breakfast, just coffeee with cream and a Keto bomb. That’s why it was so surprising to me. Anyway, I ate my salad for early dinner and basically had a 12 hrs fast till this morning. Not bad :)

nope not bad, you will find what works best for you as you go along. Personally I am having a nice juicy steak in the morning with some butter and it lasts me all day. LOL!
