Happy Friday. Walked 3.35 miles, burned 418.7 calories. I enjoy my morning walks and I am motivated about losing weight. I did a sneak preview and I am up 2lbs. So I got to do something different. It is really my eating habits, something has got to change. Everyone be encouraged and enjoy your day.
