Strengths yesterday:
-went to the grocery store and bought ingredients to make a keto casserole for dinner last night. I’m going to start doing better about planning dinners.
-did some strength exercises

Weaknesses yesterday:
-had some snacks I shouldn’t have had... my calories and macros were still fine, but I should’ve made smarter choices
