After only getting 45 minutes of sleep last night due to insomnia, I still managed to get myself to the gym for my morning class. After class I stayed and did 25 minutes on the treadmill. Following that I went grocery shopping and only bought healthy foods. I came home and had lunch. I am so out of it from being tired that I entered most of my lunch foods into breakfast in this app. Oops! Hopefully I’ll get better sleep tonight.

You can change the meal. Still a pain but less than reentering everything. Great job going to the gym and grocery store!

I am sorry, when I don't sleep good I tend to eat more, and I don't exercise, I hope you sleep better tonight.

omg I'm so sorry I can relate! I use valarian root, magnesium and melotnin. it's hard to stick to it with no sleep! 👏👏

Thanks for the support all the support!! I really need it!! I retired a little more than a year ago and I have been nothing but a couch potato or traveler since. Those are kind of two extremes, but in both cases I was not taking care of my body.
