I tried Intermittent Fasting (IF) yesterday for the first time. It wasn't a difficult transition at all. I had two meals, one at 10:00 am and another at 4:00 pm.
I really thought I would be hangry. It makes me wonder if it was all mental. Like, maybe I subconsciously made myself hangry for years to make sure I stayed on my eating schedule? Hmmm...
Anyway, I'm super happy that I spent way less time eating yesterday. It's such a hassle to eat now that I have invisalign. IF might be perfect for my 6 months treatment. Yesterday may have been the 1st day I wore my braces for 22 hours, which is what the doc ordered. And I liked doing the 7 hour window with 17 hours of fasting.
