I'm here, holding myself accountable. I ate wayyyyy, way, way too much pirate's booty last night. I helped dig a 3 foot wide and 5 foot deep hole on Sunday and got so sun burnt. Between the sunburn, losing one of my favorite employees tomorrow, and knowing I had to return to work the next day - I kind of drowned my sorrows into that bag of salty treats. Scale didn't let me forget it this morning. I got a workout in, but not enough to combat the damage done on the couch. Gotta fix it today.
