My Saturday is very good so far. I was down a little over 2 pounds and I had an amazing lunch. My brief stint with Keto has reminded me of how important fat is. I ate an entire avocado in my salad, and the stats are awesome. Hubbys been spoiling me with the grill again... I can’t wait to see what’s for dinner 🤠 Saturday night I gotta stay strong, not making popcorn for any reason because I’m bound to overdo it. If I need a snack for SNL, I have carrots. Getting closer to my Shark Week, so I’m naturally more tired and hungrier. But I refuse to give in to hormones. About to do some great self care with a nap.
