So weird I really did not gained weight over my two week vacation but I feel bloated and that is not a good feeling 😞

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 May 2018:
1872 kcal Fat: 53.34g | Prot: 117.38g | Carb: 229.14g.   Breakfast: Bananas , Reduced Fat Latte Coffee, Egg White, Egg, White Bread. Lunch: Chicken Breast, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Meat, Del Taco Bean & Cheese Red Burrito, Del Taco Mini Bacon Quesadilla. Snacks/Other: Pop Secret Light Butter Popcorn, Apples . more...

some foods cause bloating, maybe you ate beans, tomatoes, broccoli or too much dairy? bread is another one, makes the belly swell up , well in my case if I consume a large quantity at one meal.
