Alhamdulillah... Semenjak rajin home workout + defisit kalori (tp selalu raport merah😊), HAID ku lancar lho 😆😆😆. Kalau duluu aja, selalu hanya nge "flek" itupun 3hari udahan. Semoga tetap konsisten home workout + defisit kalori nya.😃😃😉😆😆😆😆😆
