I'm new to fat secret and need some help! I joined Weight Watchers last October and have lost 20 LBS. I quit smoking after 35 years on February 20th. Since quitting smoking I have not lost any weight. I know I should be glad that I have not gained but I am very frustrated that I've not lost anything! I have increased my exercise dramatically and am tracking my food faithfully. What am I doing wrong!!! Help!!
