There should be some setting to click between 'Poorly' and 'Reasonably Well.'
I overdid it a little a couple weekends ago when one of my hubby's good friends stayed for a couple nights. We ate out twice, and had a good time, though I did TRY to watch my basic calorie count. At least I didn't wind up gaining any weight, so I'm okay with it. The tedious, seemingly-never-ending march continues. :P

This is the lightest I've been 1) since early Dec. of last year (2015)... and 2) since I was in my 30's.
These last 35 lbs. are going to be a TOTAL bastich to lose, I know. I have so many other things to battle, right now (anxiety/panic disorder; looking for a house; physical therapy for my bum back/long-term sciatic nerve problem)... more weight loss (non-stop since late Sept. of 2013) is a very distant, very tiring hurdle.
I'm still trying. But oh shiiiiiiit, it's hard. :/
