I ate too much for my birthday dinner (well, all day, really), and tanked my weight another pound or two up. *sigh* Ain't gonna weigh in for another week or two, because why should I get myself down?
On another note, I'm starting walking 4, maybe 5 day a week again...but THIS time I'm listening to my back and sciatic left leg. And if they bug my again, I'm going to readjust my walking time/amount again. I will NOT live with constant pain just to lose weight.

I'm going back on my strict calorie counting diet, instead of estimating. And I'm going to tell my next hypnotist that I'm VERY IRKED that this has happened when told I should free myself of my diet and believe in myself/trust my instincts. Obviously I have trust issues with myself, plus DOUBT. >.<
