Hi Everyone,
my name is Yvonne, i'm 48.i have 4 daughters, and 1 grandson, i live in the uk, i have been overweight for over 10 years now, after giving up smoking, i have tried on lots of occasions to diet, going into it with vigour, but the good intention never lasts.
iam trying a product called Hoodia, which has only just been available in the uk recently. it is supposed to have no known side effects, but it does make me feel slighly sick, it is an appetite suppressant, which seems to be working at the moment, so i eat smaller potions, and have cut out a lot of snacks in between, but will keep you all updated with my progress. i have also been going to aquafit twice a week, so hopefully 2008 will be my year.
i hope everyone keeps up the good work.
