Very dissapointmented today at myself for gaining weight..this is depressing and its stressing me out!

Happy Hump day!!!! Yesterday I didnt work out, was working late and didnt have the energy to actually drive to the gym however tonight is game time! Gym all the way plus its weight in at the gym so I am hoping I didnt gain the 5lbs back since this past weekend was crazy and was out of town and I ate lol..So I am hoping I lost weight maybe 3lbs or more..fingers crossed! If Not I will be in depress mode! LOL stay tune!!! will post results tomorrow..:)

WOHOOO!! I lost 5lbs..I guess my hard work is paying off and here I was scared to weigh in LOL..next weigh in in about 3 weeks lol... Happy Friday!!! and Happy Valentines Day to all :)

Its been awhile since I do a journey entry so here we go..worked out last night for about 45min couldnt do 1hr I hurt my knee again :( but I forced myself to do 45min..I went 2 days straight this week which is better than last week. Tonight I am hoping to go again we shall see what my schedule looks like later once I get off work..if not I will go tomorrow or saturday morning so I can get my 3 days in this week..I will like to go 4 days but due to my work/home schedule is crazy! So I guess 2 or 3 is good enough..and I am going to start working out at home when I cant go into the gym..Tomorrow is the moment of truth I will be weighing in tomorrow to see if I lost any weight..I am scared to even look lol..fingers crossed!! :)

Last night my workout was fun and man am I tired this morning...but it feels good to workout its more like a stress relief for me and its my "me time". I love it especially when you workout with someone its not as boring. Tonight will be working out again I will try to do it all week execpt for Wednesday night. I havent weight myself just yet I will give it another week or so before I check to see if my working off and counting calories is paying off, however I am noticing my clothes fitting to big well some..Until next time world..peace and God Bless!!
