I am so tired of gaining and losing weight. I love to eat and cannot seem to maintain my weight. Did a round of insanity and I was looking PHT Pretty Hot and Tempting a term my husband uses. However, we are remodeling our kitchen and when we gutted the kitchen and took everything out I was not able to cook healthy food anymore we were eating out all the time getting take out our new stove was in the living room and we had boxes with all of our new kitchen cabinets all over the house, which stopped from doing my workout everyday because there were no room to do my workout videos anymore.

I had an accident 2 months ago and because of my injuries I could not workout and basically I have just ruined all of the progress that I had gained with my stamina and health and weight loss.

I have been home eating whatever I want but I found my fat Smash diet book and I am ready to get back on the wagon and make some changes and break this cycle of unhealthy eating that I have been doing the last few months.
