Well, so far 3 days doing this and I saw results. I think I can do it this time. I'm staying away from sugar mainly (this is a major deal at work), but I still have plain oatmeal with a little bit of cranberries. I'm not craving sweets. I guess this diet is a good choice. I'm still with no energy in the afternoon so I'm drinking green tea (yuky)for a pick me up. Work out took 50 mins of aerobics exc. my buns are sore so I guess that's a good thing.
