I haven't fallen off the wagon, the trainer just asked that I use MFP to record my food intake. Is there a way to sync FS with my fitness pal? That would make life easier because I really like the community here.

If not any of my friends just shoot me a message and if you have MFP can add me there, too.

The 2nd training session was as expected with the fitness assessment, etc. I did something similar when my aunt trained me before I started STOTT pilates. But then an intro to what we would be doing... wow... lol
I was white knuckling the stairs railing for 2 days just to go down. (going up was easier) But that was Thursday, today I have lots of energy. Feel motivated, stronger happy.

I'll weigh myself tomorrow. Of course the scale with my clothes on at the studio is much more depressing but that's just a number. I was fully clothed and drank water, ate up until lunch etc.

I normally weigh myself in the mornings. I will tomorrow morning. This coming week is going to be busy. Tai chi & therapy on Tuesday. Wednesday, training, Thursday people over to fix water damaged basement, Friday same people here to "restore" it and Friday is another training day. If I'm not too broken by Saturday, there's a fitness class on Saturday morning. Think it's only 10 bucks a class but I'm going to have to try hard to get work in. I have to pay for all this somehow lol.

Going for a full body transformation here. I'd like to be SWOLE at some point. So much work but I want it bad enough. I've been driving more. Going out on my own etc. Pumped gas for the first time in like 4 years. SUCK IT AGORAPHOBIA, I AM UNBREAKABLE!

Love you guys! You may not know it, but reading your thoughts and experiences helped push me to get a trainer who could show me things I could do every day and give me experience to keep pushing. For that, I am forever grateful.
