I am going backwards after making a great headway of losing ten pounds to get under 200 lbs for the first time since entering college. I am looking to lose a moderate amount of weight and become more active and athletic.
Eating better and getting active will make this goal happen. Easy to do, easy not to do.
Looking forward to getting after this.
