I am a retired nurse who had to retire due to injury. I have had knee replacement done. I have 5 disks out of whack in my back that is very painful. I have limited mobility. So cant do much but I really need to lose weight. 1600 calories a day is too many calories for me. When dieting I try to stay to 1200. I will lost 20-30 pounds and lose interest when I cant lose any more so I become discouraged and go off diet.
