so I've been at 220 lbs for 3 days.Im getting discouraged to say the least. my sister said to give it a week. I dont know if I can take a week of dieting for what seems like no reason. I'm going to do it tho. I think if I can get past this first block the weight will come off easier. we'll see

so Ive been doing good following a low calorie diet. I get plenty to eat and am not hungry thru the day thanks to snacking on carrots and celery. In the past 220 lbs has always been a sticking point, but then again I was never really trying so hard. we'll see how it goes.
