Happy 😄 happy 😄 positive Monday…
The morning shift is walking in..ready to start their day…I’ve been awake since 4 am….guess I had my sleep..not really….but ready to start the day…was listening to podcasts about colitis..as Linda has it..and it’s flared up…we talked a lot about it last night…Siri also told her what she can and can’t have…so this morning..when I go down..the cabinet s and fridge…hopefully will look bearer…she got healthy things in there..but not healthy to her…
Food council meeting today…at 10am..complaints..what’s better…one of them meetings…only 15-20 show up out of 52…
Well… ☕️ is gone…lol….sunrise wasn’t as pretty as yesterday…some days are like that..but still a wonderful day…

Happy 😄 happy 😄 positive Sunday….
Just the start to a beautiful sunrise…it’s turning brighter as I journal…and on the south..rain is creeping up…one of them days it’s gonna be iffy on the weather..and what to wear to go out in…
But I still have the outer gear I use to wear when I rode ny bicycle outside…so a plus for me…
O my the sunrise is so orangish this morning…and the rest of the sky is showing it as well….

The birds are happy..they get a bath today…the plants are dancing as well…
The ambulance is loading someone already this morning…but lights aren’t flashing..so that’s a good sign…
I tried on a pair of shorts last night…they fit..but not comfy yet…but…success…
I’ve noticed not having breakfast..and the conflation oil eggs…I feel less inflammation…and a clearer mind…but I also know it takes longer to really see results…

Still fasting…am thinking of changing my eating meals…and eating supper only….just wondering….
I’m looking at less oil making my meals..they use canola oil here to cook in..yuck…I didn’t know till Tuesday at the food council… when I ask…the new Mitchel manager is trying to make it better…I just haven’t seen her to talk with her…but would think she would know..guess not…
☕️ is gone….sunrise is up..other things to do…
I showed my girlfriend an insert in a note I made …it was about her and I..I was manifesting….by the way it came about..but was dated back in February….sje read it and said…how..did that happen…I told her manifesting..is mentioned in the Bible…
