I have reached this weight by folowing a 1200 calorie a day diet and by restricting carbs. I have followed it strictly since Dec 17 2012 at which time my weight was 158.8. I calculated this by a new scale as I am in my winter home and bought a new scale. I was having extreme edema and bloating and I dropped off all soy, corn, wheat, dairy, sugar and sugar substitutes, peanuts, and eggs for three weeks. Basically the JJ Virgin diet. I have added back in limited amounts and times per month eggs with no problem. When I added back dairy I had a bloating problem again and the edema. I have not tried to add back any others of the seven food groups I excluded because I afraid I will have negative effects. I have had 2 TBSP of Smuckers creamy original peanut butter but stopped with that. I am trying to get my weight down to 127. I don't know if it is possible but I am best t that weight. I think a lot of weight gain is because of food intolerances and the additives in our food supply.

Woke up by alarm at 9 a.m. Talked on phone to Regina. Went for the mail. Talked on phone to Judith. It is overcast again today and dreary. Affects my mood whick is "don't want to do anything".
