I got almost 20,000 steps today. Carried a bunch of boxes from the garage into the house (that was my weight lifting). Helped at my kids school's field day, so I was outside moving a lot for several hours, and I got most of my garden vegetables planted this evening.

After haircut. Cut off over 15 inches of hair yesterday. Weight down almost 2 pounds, I'm guesing at least 1 pound of that was just hair.

Average steps: 9,666
Weight workouts: (3) workouts
Average sleep: 6:54
Weight: up .3 lbs this week, 15.2 lbs down for the year
Body fat mass down .6 lbs, muscle mass up .9 lbs!
Averaged 2122 calories a day, 90 g protein per day
I want to get a little more exercise this week, a little more sleep, a little less calories, but I was pretty close to all my goals last week.

Got 4,000 steps before breakfast! Took the dog for a walk, found a yard sale while on the walk. Took the dog home, grabbed my wallet, and went back without the dog. Found a bunch of Halloween costumes, books, and some outdoor play stuff for my kids.
