I have never stayed focus on losing the weight and keeping it off. I learned that being healthy is a lifestyle change. You have to make right food choices everyday of your life. I have always lost the weight and then went back to eating like fat girl.
I'm 175, but I look like I'm 140. Everybody is so surprised when I tell them that I am 175. What should I say I wear my weight well. The only thing that I want down is my stomach, back, and arms. I know that my thighs and other areas will go down, but those are my problem areas. I don't have a fat stomach, it doesn't hang over my pants, but I have that small pudge that is so annoying.
I'm going on this journey to start making better food choices. I love to workout but I hate eating healthy. And I need to love eating healthy because it is getting in the way of my of my life and self-confidence.
