I started fat smash back in 2007. June 25th to be exact. I was weighing in at 157, and watched Celebrity Fit Club. I saw Maureen McCormick/Marcia Brady lose 30 lbs. She was about my same height, and weight. I thought...if she can do it, so can I!! I stuck to the diet for 4 months. I lost 24 pounds and made it down to 133. Then came the holidays. I did ok...once Jan 1st, 2008 came around, I had only put on 3 pounds. Not bad. I had really learned a lot about better nutritional habits, and regular exercise. I enjoyed the feeling I had from exercising, and eating healthier. By the following January I had gained 7 pounds. In the last couple months I put on a few more pounds, and decided I needed to go back to Phase I. My goal is to lose 22 pounds. I hope I get there. I have lost 6 so far, and am ready to move into Phase II.
