When you cut down the carbs this much, you need to increase the intake of healthy fats - coconut oil, butter, heavy cream, bacon, beef and pork, salmon etc. Nuts like brazil, pecan and macadamia are great, because they have healthy fats, but very few carbs, and you don't need a lot of them to make you feel full. If you do this, you'll lose the sugar cravings, feel that you've had enough to eat, and feel free.
There are loads of low carb recipes on the internet.
