I've traded in some of my foods for lower GI foods like low GI seeded brown bread, brown rice, wholewheat pasta. hopefully this will the weight loss.

a week in and still going strong, another week to go before my weigh in. i hope i will see a difference.

a week in and i can feel that my body is starting to crave energy and its hard to stick to the smaller portions and to not go for seconds.
