It is amazing - I have lost more than 40 pounds!!! It is an ongoing battle to lose weight. I have to be dilligent every day. I can't eat cake, cookies, ice cream, chips, or soda. All the things I like. I have learned to ignore the foods that everyone else is wolfing down. What I have learned it that thin people make good food choices. I have observed the people who are not overweight. They do not fill their plates with over fatty foods - they eat salad, they eat small portions, they do not eat bake macaroni, cheesy foods, high fat deserts.
