Yesterday was a more stress filled day. I got a job interview call that I was hoping for. I had all but given up on it. So my day was full of stress, I have not worked a regular job for 15 yrs other than a cleaning job I had for 5 yrs and it was for only 4 hrs a week! So this is scary and all new to me, plus I am not even done with school yet! The day for dieting was ok, not any huge issues, but evening I wanted something so bad! I ended up eating a half bag of sunflower seeds! Still never felt satisfied, but really do not think much would have done it for me!

Made it through the first day...not bad. I did try one thing different. When I have done low carb in the past I can usually do the first 3 or 4 days good then get an over whelming craving for food. not sweets so much just food. So this time I upped my calories to around 1200. Before I was averaging about 800 to 900. I think that played a big role in how i would feel in that amount of time. So we will see! Also my fat content was abit higher than I plan to do, but used it to help me feel content!
I am excited about the 30 pounds for Christmas challenge! That would just thrill me to complete the challenge and hopefully loose close to that!
