ok...so i MAAAY be figuring out this Keto stuff. a few things i have discovered...1)fat bombs are great AND dangerous! they can give you fat in a fun, delicious way when u can't wrap your head around consuming fats so they can definitely help with your keto results, BUT if say, cheesecake was your weakness BEFORE keto, watch out when you make up a delicious batch of cheesecake-insert whatever flavour-fat bomb, ironically the can cause your progress to blow up in your face! 2)water, Water, WATER!! every blog/post/pin stresses it and it is true!! aside from the water loss part of it, the CONSTIPATION is real, friends!! (a lil tmi, but ya know). 3)watch out for that gum....I eat PUR gum to "kick aspartame" as the package says, but when i chew several pieces it can add like 2 WHOLE GRAMS OF CARBS!!!😮 Thus ends my Keto PSA! HAPPY MONDAY!
